Constructed out of T6 aluminum that is powder-coated. The Putco TEC elevated cross rails come above the bed rails by 9″, so you can still utilize any inside of the bed tonneau cover. These crossbars are made in the USA and are only designed to convert the Putco TEC bed rails into a full rack system,
